Marco Pinotti, Saunier Duval-Prodir
Benvenuto Marco! BiciRace.com would like to introduce current professional rider Marco Pinotti of Bergamo, Italy. Marco currently rides with the Saunier Duval squad and prior to that was with Lampre for several years. Career highlights include a stage victory in the 2003 Tour of the Basque Country after a long solo attack. Marco also nearly took victory in stage 15 of the 2001 Tour de France finishing second to Rik Verbrugghe.

Matteo Algeri may be the youngest director in a ProTour team, but he has an immense amount of insight. He's is fortunate to be learning a lot from one of the team's very experienced directors, Pietro Algeri, his dad. Matteo also brings with him racing experience from his former days racing professionally for Lampre. This year you will see Matteo behind the wheel for Saunier Duval-Prodir at the Giro d'Italia, the Tour of Georgia and many more races.
Saul Raisin, Crédit Agricole
Benvenuto Saul! BiciRace.com would like to extend a warm welcome to Saul Raisin of Crédit Agricole. Saul will be writing his Inside Scoop as he navigates his way around Europe. This year he is with the famed-french outfit of Crédit Agricole, after having a successful season last year on their espoir team. He's a little guy with a big engine, and will prove to be a valuable asset. He has cut his teeth on the American scene, taking the 2003 best young rider award at the Tour of Georgia along the way. Saul has had a great start to an ambitious cycling career, and has the potential for impressive results.
Trent Lowe, Discovery Channel
BiciRace.com welcomes to our readers the young Aussie, Trent Lowe. The former mountain biker is kind enough to provide us with the Inside Scoop as he trains and races on the European roads with his new squadra, Discovery Channel. For 2006 T-Lo (21) has signed with Discovery Channel after a stellar 2005 campaign riding for the American squadra, Jittery Joe's-Kalahari. One of his big wins was the young rider GC at the Tour of Georgia, and finishing 11th in the overall GC.
Juan Fuentes, Lampre-Caffita
BiciRace.com is excited to have Juan Fuentes join us with the Inside Scoop. Juan is a super-nice rider who has been a pro since 2002. He has always riding with team Saeco, this year combined with Lampre, Lampre-Caffita. It was in 2003 when Juan got a huge break-through win in the GP Industria & Artigianato.
