Hey, BiciRace!!!
Everything is great here. Just racing a lot and getting back into things. I have a few big races and objectives coming up so I am training and staying focused. The last couple of races have been good but I am mostly using them for training coming back from my month off and my crash. I am 98% percent back from my crash.. My lower back is still tight but much better. My best result thus far has been 13th overall in Tour of Austria.

Coming up I have two possible racing plans:
Tour de l'Ain, Tour of Germany, l'Avenir
or
Tour de l'Ain, or the Vuelta

They are both great programs. I am aiming high in them all!!!

Other than racing, I have been resting a lot and enjoying the sun here in the south of France.
