Hi BiciRace,

The training period has finished and I look forward to race the Worlds. Today (Monday 19th) I will leave for Madrid after three hours, or a bit more training with some little climbs. Last Friday I rode more than 130K with my TT bike and did 30K full gas like in a race, searching for the racing feelings that I lacked because I missed Tour de Pologne. It has been fun and I hope it will pay one week later.

Last Saturday I went to a Congress organized by Sportmeet.org. It was a beautiful experience with the title "Sport&Joy". It boosted my morale hearing wonderful words and sharing an unforgettable experience. Then on Sunday I rode easy two hours in the rain and packed the bike carefully in order to avoid damage on the plane. In the afternoon I stayed with my wife and cooked for her in the evening.

Hope to write you again before the TT.
bye,
Marco
