The last days have been pretty busy. After Critérium International and Rund um Köln I had some strange feelings, like tiredness in my legs. So I had a week of light and reduced training and two complete days of rest on the weekend. Then on Monday I started again and did a 6K climb at a 5% degree. I recorded my seasonal best performance and it means that I have recovered from the stress and the other stuff of the last 2-3 weeks.
Now I will begin a detailed training program that will bring me to the next races: Tour de Romandie and Giro d'Italia. Flèche Wallonne and Liège-Bastogne-Liège are still in doubt, and I am waiting for news from the team. My days are becoming more and more regular: wake up, have breakfast, yoga and gymnastics, training, lunch, rest (and eventually other stuff like buying what I need to eat), dinner and more rest.
Ciao,
Marco
