Hello to all again,

Today is Monday and I've come back from my week-end. Everything's OK. On Saturday I tried to do the Tourmalet and Luz d'Ardiden. I was in a hotel in St Marie de Campain, and I had to modify my route because the Tourmalet was closed on its long side. I did Tourmalet and went back down to do Aspin, with a stop at mid-day to see the Giro. I left when Simoni was about to descend Finestre. Well, at the end it seemed that Paolo Savoldelli held in for the win. I'm glad for him because after all the bad luck he has had, he has come back to win, and with hardly any team to defend him. In my last entry, I wrote that I bet $200 dollars that Simoni would win the Giro. Well...that goes to show you that you can't bet in sport because it's unpredictable.

on my Sunday training, I did Aspin, Val Luron, Pla d'Adet - a very hard climb, and to finish Camp de Long...4000 meters of climbing in 150kms. Not bad! We'll see how it pays off for me in Dauphine...

Adios a todos!
Juan
