Simoni and Saunier Duval-Prodir Updates
Stage List, Stage Profile

Gilberto Simoni (Saunier Duval-Prodir) put in a relaxing crono effort after a hard fought three weeks in the Tour de France. The Italian finished the crono in 125th and now looks forward to the final day of racing in Paris tomorrow.

BiciRace.com was roadside when Gibo rode by in the 57 kilometer test and the Italian made sure to answer our support cheers with "hello." Gibo was in a great mood, knowing that Sunday night he will be back with his wife and two children in Trento.

Right before the start of this year's Tour de France, Gibo's wife gave birth to their second child, a son named Enrico. Gibo will be excited to go home, recounting his escapades in the Alps and his supporting role to riders like David Millar and David De La Fuente.
