Robbie McJet is the man to beat in the sprints. The little pocket rocket is making mince meat of the rest of the field and proving to the world he hasn't lost any kick in spite of his 34 years! He will certainly be the main candidate for overall in the green jersey competition. A point he would love to make no doubt, after being relegated last year in the now famous sprint against fellow Aussie Stuart O'Grady.

OK, now on to the TT tomorrow! This will be the first serious sorting out of the GC. We will have the first look at exactly who is who and who is here to play ball.

It's hard to pick a favorite. Nobody has really showed their cards yet. You have to lean heavily on somebody like Dave Zabriskie. The course is made for somebody like him. I would love to see Floyd Landis tear it up tomorrow. Providing he can show up at the start ramp on time, he should be a serious contender. I'm not going to hold my breath for Mick Rogers though. George Hincapie, me thinks will really do something big. I think his engine will be firing hard tomorrow and the big man will light up the roads. I don't know if he will win, but I think he will put a big buffer between himself and 99.9% of the field.

Whatever happens, it should be good!

Stay tuned!
