BiciRace.com spoke with Aaron Olson before the start of today's stage, he was looking for a place to go to the bathroom. Olson took time to explain how he thinks his climbing is really going well, and he is finding his way better on the steeper climbs, as opposed to the climbs that have a lower average gradient.
"The stage yesterday, over Bernardo, was harder for me than the stage to La Thuile," said Aaron. "It has really been a good Giro and I am happy."
Matteo Algeri echoed the comments of Aaron, "He is finding his rhythm well. ... I told him to never be alone on the climbs, and to make sure he is always with the gruppetto, so he does not get left behind and miss the time cut."
